这个比较在比较的是什么？ 宾语 ？状语？还是宾语的一个修饰成分？

比较的就是不同时间的proportion，而非costs本身。

恩， 好像应该是这样， 感觉这道题和以前的思维不一样， 以前的都是主语啊， 宾语啊， 状语啊在比较， 这里的是同位语，
但不是同位语的比较， 而是用一个抽象名词来代替前面的部分， 然后对不同时期的proportion进行比较
还有一个问题没有明白， 同位语不是只能代替前面出现过的名词吗？ 这里proportion 代替的是哪个名词啊？
more than half 不是形容词吗？

同位语中有一个是，用一个概括性的词来代替前面的名词或名词短语，这里指代的就是soraing television costs 吧，有点像one的用法，不知道我理解的对不对~

这个同位语 是做概括性词语总结前面整句话的效果，因为 GWD的解释里说A选项的IT 不能指代前面这句话，因为就是前面整个句子的同位语【其实就是这个句子】在跟后面的内容比。 而且IT 硬要指代的话，也只能指代costs, 很明显单复数不一致。

同位语不一定要找到前面的名词来进行同位操作，而可以对前文含义进行总结，这里的proportion（比例）指的是Soaring television costs（的比例）
举个栗子吧：I travelled to XI'AN last summer，a great experience ........... 这里的experience就是指那段去西安旅游的经历。。
