标题: In @ CUMBA (PT) + Interview Sharing
R2申请的，3.31的面试，lawrence的确如大家说的很friendly。因为赶着知道结果，刚刚联系了小米，小米说会发 ad offer。也许一路走来都抱着可有可无锦上添花的心情，没有花太大力气，不过还是很开心的说，也许ＭＢＡ能为我渐渐平淡的生活画上一抹亮色。

其实这个问题我想很难有个标准答案，因为两个公司各有千秋，不过我大致是这样讲的。

Although both are top US banks, they are very different in terms of culture and company management.
1. Overall speaking, MS has a more friendly working enviroment yet GS focus more on competitiveness & individual performance
2. GS has a flatter organization hierarchy
3. GS rewards top performers while the bottom 10% suffers a lot; MS probably has a better life style

Nope didn't apply for UST. First wanna leverage CU's alumni network. Second too much stuff to prepare for the application, don't have time for that.

Indeed, UST's essay is quite a time-killer...
I also applied in R2 and got both, now have decide which one to go. UST seems better in general finance, but I also like CU's trading lab. Hope to become classmate with you
