这题的逻辑错误我都能够明白。但是就是这句话我读不出大家都知道的要表达的意思。

谢谢 ak007 的耐心翻译和你的链接。还是有疑问，麻烦再帮忙看看我的问题。mostly 是副词，怎么修饰projects ？大家都能轻易地理解这句话的意思，这是一种特殊的表达方式吗？

副词修饰动词，形容词，副词，be动词算是系动词，可用副词修饰。

were not mostly 这是一部分（这是我的个人见解），mostly不修饰projects（这是肯定的，形容词修饰名词）

很好翻译。
