首先排除DE，SV agreement... 然后排除B，expected to... A与C之间的区别就是“is signed that includes”和“be signed by them with”，be signed是虚拟语态（sunjunctive）需要从句才能使用，而且用them指代让人有嫌疑。 所以我选A啦。
