答案是E 但是我觉得答案里面would be the case with挺罗嗦啊为什么会选这个答案呢？

as be the case是PREP里出现了多次的考点
插入语中as指代前面整个句子,as was the case表明后者是前面概述的一个情况,意思表达完整，是 as the case be 的倒装形式; case表示situation、状况，是个概括性的词汇，具有相当的灵活性，而“状况”一词在不同的语境中可以有不同的解释。正是由于case一词的这种灵活性，所以经常被用于比较句中。
其常见的错误用法包括：as it be；than be the case；as in/with the case of

可以跟的，比如as with sth.，意思是“和……一样”，笔记里有这个短语的具体解释
但是如果是as with the case of...是错误的.
