偶觉得选a,意思是委员会接受了环保组织的款子，即使接受了也不一定站在捐赠者的立场上，从而否定原文结论：委员会因为接受房产公司捐赠而站在他的立场上。

D有点像和题目对着干的味道，文章说是，D说不是。不明白！！！

A: Several members of the city council

也许这个强度有区别．

D否定了拿钱办事的暗示（assumption)．

不知道答案，也不知道会不会这么想．

It is a "weaken" question, therefore the asnwer should counter the argument, right?

我也觉得A对，但强度不如D,没办法只能选D了
