题目是这样的~

正确答案给的是A

做题的时候在A和C之间徘徊了好久，虽然最后选了A，但是还是不太明白C为什么不对。C明显是一个cost会降低的选项，应该会对结论有作用的呀~~ 各位帮我看看吧嘿嘿先谢谢啦

在写帖子的时候突然有了灵感，意识到题干说的是until the cost of extracting uranium fromseawater can somehow be reduced，既然有了until ，那么也就是说题目关注的是直到cost下降前该技术会不会被应用。所以即使C选项表明了cost下降的前景，也和题目无关。是不是应该这么理解呢？
好像突然来了灵感，原来在论坛发帖求助还有这样的好处~

lz好我做这题的时候也是在A和C中犹豫，结果悲催的选了C 呵呵 evaluate题的正确选项是能够yes/no回答时答案分别对原结论起support/weaken的效果。所以这道题里，A选项中如果回答yes，就是说陆路方式已经开采光，因而不管海水方式开采贵不贵需求都会大，而如果回答no，陆路方式的supply还足够，那么海水方式开采才会受其价格的高低而影响到题干中所说的commercially viable。至于C，是否有技术使得海水开采的cost降低的可能。对它的回答，只能说明cost方面，就算你价格下降，人用不用是另一码事，所以无法回答commercially viable这个问题~

然后C选项，回答是，那就是有这样的技术，那就有经济效益啦。削弱

回答否，那就是没有这样的技术，那就是没有经济效益。肯定

不是刚刚好吗？

文章的结论是说，直到从海水中提取有的成本降低，这个方法才回经济上的切实可行。
对于，A选项，回答yes,说明陆地的铀已经用光了，还用等到从海水中提取铀的成本降低吗，不用了，所以削弱了。而回答no说明陆地还有铀提取，我们就等到从不过海水中提取铀的成本降低，支持了原文。而对于C选项，他直接回答的是原文的结论，属于结论的一部分，我们要削弱和支持的是原文的结论，应该从另外一个角度来分析，c选项说新技术的研发，成功了可行，没成功继续等待，有支持或者削弱吗
