为什么at the same time和while语意不重复？？？

while是连词，有两个意思：1.当...的时候，即during the time that
2.表示一种对比，轻微的转折，可以翻译成“然而”“尽管”
这里的while取第二个意思，与at the same time不重复
另外，while doing是省略句，完整应为while they are supporting...需要注意的是，while是从属连词，相当于引导状语从句，因此，如果从句的谓语动词是be,从句主语又与主句主语相同，可以都省略，比如这个句子中的they are；而but是并列连词，连接地位相等的并列的分句,所以对省略的要求更严格，必须两个分句主谓语完全相同的部分才可以省略（故B项不正确）
