A的答案不是不可以只是不充分，没有数字支持，单凭一个more than是说明不了什么的，得不出V公司出租的和卖的超过了10000。
而E项也是V公司导致行业出租数减少的重要原因，但是E项不是也没有数字么，怎么就知道那些从朋友手中借来video的数量和V公司卖出的数量加起来会超过10000？

但我还有几点疑问，不知你是否愿意帮忙解答？
我觉得这个是weaken题吧，即使与原文无关，也可能会对原文造成很强的削弱的。所以你说A是无关这点我不太同意。E项这个肯定影响数量，但是如果影响数量很小，最后对outlets的出租量的影响小于10000件，不是就无法削弱Brad的结论了么？所以E项也不够好。
最后还有一点，我不知道在CD上想回复某个人是不是一定要引用他的话呢？如果就按回复他看得到么？

For weakening question, you do not need to refute the original argument. You only need to cast some doubts on the argument to make it unlikely.
If E is right, let's say the buyer lend its newly bought video tape once to his/her friends, that might lead to 4000 drop in video rentals. If twice, 8000. If trice, 12000. This possibility cast doubts on Brad's claim that Videorama did not cause the drop in video rentals in the region.

我觉得，b主要就想说租的减少不是由videorama导致的，那么如果选a的话，变相还是在说是由videorama的出现导致了租的减少，如果是e的话，就恰好是给出它因了～不知道对不对……

我一开始也不懂，现在忽然开窍了，就是a选项里面租出去也很多，那么rental outlet也可以出租video的啊。这样a就不充分了，剩下就只有买回去还各种借最影响生意了
