过去（包括Twelve years ago and five years ago），Darfir的制造能力有很大的提升空间（well below peak capacity），说明当需求增大时，他们的产量可以随之增大。而现在，Darfir的制造能力已经接近生产力的极限，即使需求增大，他们也没有能力提高产量了。

為什麼大家都說D無關應該是方向錯誤吧

D錯正是因為原本Weak Currency VS Stable Currency 才會造成出口上升
D就是鼓勵這項政策的進行不是嗎
再說Stable Currency 跟premise的明明就是非常相關的,極大程度影響到結果指示方向相反而已

照你們這樣的無關刪法,B是不是也可以說跟Capacity無關
別找到答案就開始亂刪其他選項
