就是“这些管理者在进行...时，其行使职能是最有效的”

D是因为have received 1.改变了原句意思，2，received thorough unimpeded communication with workers, supervisors, and one another 逻辑意思不通两个原因吗？

就是这个了。。因为received多余，所以逻辑意思也变得不通了！！！

同意scots,再来补充一下：

1.从后面的宾语workers, supervisors,根据匹配的原则，可以大致断定：主语是人managers, 而且是复数，而不是泛指的management管理层。

2.如果根据D选项，句子就变成：managers have received thorough training and communication with workers etc. 句意改变，经理成了training的受动者。

当下级经理通过彻底的培训并且和工人,上级等彼此之间很好的沟通, 他们就能很好地发挥作用!

做这道题目的关键在于理解THOROUGH TRAINING 和 UNIMPEDED COMMUNICATION是并列的, UNIMPEDED 是形容词, 未受阻止的意思. 如果加RECEIVED, 前面搭配可以,但 received communication 就错了.
