答案说排除DE的方法是通过主谓一致，不能用have，我觉得奇怪，DE选项中have 之前不是还有一个may 么？

the term是单数。
may have suggested (D,E中的） have确实不大合适，
如果说the term "graphicdesign" in the work of somebody可能用起来可能合适点.

it has come toXXX 达到某种状态，has 是完成时，后面必须接过去分词哪

here is a problem with the verb tense,imo.

the original meaning of the sentence is "although the term may suggest sth based on its name, OVER TIME the actual meaning has changed or it has included some other things".

we just need to use SIMPLE VERB TENSE to express the first part. <the word meaning based on the name will not change, and the logical meaning is clear>前面更多表达的是根据字面理解这个这个词的意思，这种理解方式得出的对词的释义是不会变的，用simple tense即可；而且只有一个完成时可以清晰表达在实际情况中，这个词的意思不断在发生变化，逐渐有了其他的深意或者涵盖了其它内容，逻辑清晰。
