这题就是说，在大萧条时期，零售商给总的供货商的paid off的Credit在第一年下降，第二年却好转了，这里有一个变化量，那么解释时就把为什么这个量好转的原因说出来，C说的就是第一年大萧条时期，那些信誉不好的零售商，也就是不能及时Paid off credit 的那些零售商被市场给淘汰掉了，那么第二年不就剩下信誉好的了，所以第二年总的供货商发现这个Credit 的paid off的情况好转了
