OA是E，解释是不能用former，因为for 18 consecutive years不符合逻辑

A原意是参加的时候她可以作为former的已经卸任的身份参加的，曾连续18年担任xx职位参加，表明现在已经不在其位了

E可以解释为参加xx的时候还在位，参加的那一个moment是第18年，但是说不定过一年就是19年，再过一年还20年，一直当到死也说不准；或者才是A的意思，理解为已经不在位了，曾经担任过18年。。

这样不仅改变了意思还有歧义啊
