燃气公司的领头羊和电力公司的领头羊的合并，意为创造一个巨大的网络。我理解的大意。 as 的意思跟when类似。e选项把电力公司更明确化了,a huge marketing network 不如e 中的明晰，类似汉语的语序。with 肯定不恰当，如果with the prospect that states will be opening their ...to competition soon...则合适很多。作者: cy004 时间: 2011-3-13 23:28
个人看法。。。 我觉得A主要是with的问题，而且那是两家公司，所以不能gas and electric company as在这里引导时间状语，是“随着”的意思作者: luckykirk 时间: 2011-3-13 23:52
jacky好像说过：with后要紧跟doing... 如with one's leaving 是典型的错误。 不知道这题是不是这个原因勒？
