这道题目挺让人疑惑。 细看下来：c: 结构如此： the fault of sb......(很多修饰成分） can hardly be said。 d:结构如此：that 开头的名词性从句 （表述了sb are at fault for not doing sth.) can hardly be said. 由此观察得知，it can hardly be said that 这样的表达，后面最好跟一句话，表述一个情况。 如果跟一个名词，则不恰当。或者说，不这么用，或者直接用the fault of sb was quite understandable... 等等。作者: nightingale 时间: 2011-3-14 00:15

C is not complete，因为who have not anticipated the impact of microcomputer technology 是一个定语从句，咱们可以忽略，那么句子就简化成it is the fault of educators. 这其实是一个不完整的强调句。如果按强调语气的句式补足了应该是 it is the fault of educators that caused the result 之类的，但是这句话只指出了强调的部分，没有说完整一句话。作者: wynyy2000 时间: 2011-3-14 13:27
