我想不明白为什么可以说the amount that can be used as fuel 能被作为燃料的“数量” 我总觉得应该是the amount of oil that can be used as fuel，当然其他选项里虽然有这个说法，但主句是it will increase.....and the price will drop，it无指代对象所以不能选。
