D 是不是我们经常说的因果颠倒型的削弱呀？我做题的时候只是凭直觉选的，但是C貌似也是因果颠倒的？谢谢CDer的好心帮助！

关于近期经济增长将会降低的预测，导致近期美元贬值。如果不是因为政府的巨额财政赤字，这项预测不会对美元产生负面影响。因此，必须降低赤字的数额以避免未来的货币贬值。

题干提出：赤字才是元凶。

C，预测发布前就有贬值。与赤字没关系。
D，赤字发布前，预测经济减缓就屡次导致贬值。说明是经济减缓导致贬值，构成削弱。
