This is a reference question so the correct answer MUST BE TRUE.

C is a must-be-true answer because if the analysis has proved that the arsenic level in his bones is much less than the lethal dose, then the symptoms he displayed five days before his death was not caused by a lethal dose of arsenic.

D is wrong because nowhere in the stimulus can you find what D says.

MUST BE TRUE is the easiest question to solve since the correct answer has been stated in the stimulus.
