答案是A，我想问一下，
B的having的用法为什么不正确？因为在og中也经常看到Ving跳跃修饰前一个主句的主语的情况啊。
D的with的用法为什么不正确？感觉og中也有用with短语来表状态用以修饰的，而且有时候是跳跃修饰主句主语，即动作发出者的。

Ving的修饰和with的修饰困扰了我很久了，求NN详细解答！不尽感激！另许愿帮助详细解答的人必上700+！

我觉得是要用平行。原意说Esaugetu Emissee (Master of Breath)的2个东东。。。

这个题我理解也是平行结构
没划线的 : who dwelt 和 : ,and who had 平行吧

B和D的修饰结构修饰的对象都不清晰因为第一层定语从句修饰的是Esaugetu Emissee，第二层定语从句修饰的是an upper realm，having the power to give and to take和E中的with结构都没有明确的修饰对象，可能是Esaugetu Emissee，或者an upper realm，但是A因为有平行结构，两个who并列，就没有了这种ambiguity

原句的结构是平行啊 B和D 用分词修饰和独立主各修饰改变句子重心， A里IN WHICH好过于WHERE。另外GMAT中 WITH的独立主格机构常常为错误选项的实在选不出就直接排出掉
