What are the differences of IF, AFTER and WHEN

For example: If/After/When I find the the differences, I will tell you.

条件状语从句，主要看后面与前面的逻辑关系。

IF，后面的动作以前面的动作为触发点，如果如何，就如何。

WHEN，前后两个动作同时发生；

AFTER，前面和后面的动作先后发生。

楼主拿些例子来吧。

So general, If emphasizes condition, and when/after emphasize time. But sometime after/when also give gou the feeling of condition as if does.

What is the difference, if has any, between "if I find the the differences, I will tell you." and "After/When I find the the differences, I will tell you."?

Or what is the circumstances when they have, or have no, differences?

Sorry right now I do not have any example in GMAT, this is what I just think, I will post after/if I find.
