the key is C. but "they" 前面有两个复数Olympic Games and pugnacious states。

如果真OG错了，那么OG里一些太纠结的题，个人认为大家没必要耗时太久了。把有限的时间就可以放在回报率高的题上！！！

OG11，51题，答案为D；
OG12，53题，答案为D；
