This is an inference type question. Therefore the answer MUST be true. "An inconclusive polygraph test result is sometimes unfairly held against the examinee" is almost a verbatim repeat of what is said in the stimulus, thus, the correct answer.

On the other hand, "

olygraph tests should not be used by employers in the consideration of job applicants." is nowhere to be found in the stimulus. Rather, it is one suggestion one MIGHT propose based on the facts known. So it is not MUST be true.

Another must be true question, and it is a math question as well.

P division has 20% of the sales and 40% of the profit, while the C division has 80% of the sales and 60% of the profit. Which one is the cash cow? P division, hands down!
