   答案是A 为什么不是C呢。。。。 我看C也挺对的。。。

题意主要是表达恐龙的新陈代谢系统与温血哺乳动物更像

所以metabolism应该用单数，表达恐龙这一类动物的新陈代谢系统，而不是复数，变成了表达各种恐龙的不同新陈代谢系统

另外后半部分未划线部分已经用了所有格形式： a warm-blooded mammal’s ，所以those of 是多余的
