应该是说这么多年来从来都没有发生过如此之多的增加~~巴拉巴拉~（剩下的句子很容易懂了吧~） 就是说监狱人多是因为犯罪的增加，从下列哪个选择中可以削弱这种观点。 我觉着选A.因为这个选项说的是虽然人犯罪的很多，但大多数可以被处罚而不是被判入狱。 B的话呢说解决了问题是不对的。 C选我也没太看懂，估计是说对那些长时间入狱的人的一些神马政策。 D是说假释的和题目没啥关系、 E 是说群众认为犯罪率提高了。作者: mahaofei001 时间: 2011-2-20 21:10

When the range is wide, it could mean the prison term is either very short or very long. Thus, it is not SUFFICIENT to lead to the conclusion that the average prison term for inmates are LONGER.
