答案：A。为什么不能选C呢？

我也是排除3个剩下AC选项了 c中distantly related to 中这个related 是动词吧前面有个adv修饰了后面有个have been dicovered 一句话不能有两个谓语错误了楼住是不是应为a中that is不好所以排除了呢

mo, take a summary, flaws in C:
1. In Madagascar不是修饰全句，而是修饰been discovered.
2. related是过去分词，可是resembled却是过去式…
2. 主谓间隔了两个逗号、两个短语不好(awkward)，A的主谓很远已经不太好了，但至少还能接受

嗯，可以的。
同时后面的resemble是动词造成了run-on

因为relate是be related to，是被动形式的，则应该是过去分词。
resemble，像某某东西，不需要被动形式啊，所以C的resembled只能理解成过去式了，是动词，所以不对，而应该是resembling做现在分词才对。

谢谢lz 但是怎么感觉 be related to 其中的relate更像是省略了定语从句的引导词和 be动词的一个adj形式
不想是过去分词表被动的感觉···
但是不管怎样它和resembled的过去式是不平行的···
个人愚见··希望指正·····

relate的形容词形式是relative，这里是过去分词结构的。
表示这个物种和REX相关联，又类似某某东西，过去分词 and 现在分词。

因为relate是be related to，是被动形式的，则应该是过去分词。
resemble，像某某东西，不需要被动形式啊，所以C的resembled只能理解成过去式了，是动词，所以不对，而应该是resembling做现在分词才对。

我觉得C还有有一个问题就是related即使作分词也是修饰bones吧，前面那个是同位语。
