这个句子的结构是： “shift-work equations” have reduced （这三个）1、sickness 2、sleeping on the job 3、fatigue among shift workers,同时raising production efficiency。 这三个reduced sickness, sleeping on the job和fatigue among shift workers是并列的。sleeping前不能加and，而应该在最后一个并列成分前也就是fatigue前加.所以排除了ABD。
