Hey there—this is an easy one. It is ALWAYS a good thing to offer up some specifics in an interview. It wouldn’t be weird at all—if you can come up with even a one or two-sentence example, you can be very quick, very direct, and back up your claim (“I am good at teamwork”) with some real examples. No need to tell an entire story—just one or two sentences should be just fine here. And not weird at all…
