It depends on why you were rejected. If GMAT was the problem then it's easy to fix. (i.e. you have strong work experience and essays but had 680 and you retook it and got 740). If it was unreaslitic essays then it coud be easy to fix.
If the problem is from other areas like profession (and you made no change and no improvement), low GPA/undergraduate school quality then it's harder to fix.
