答案：D

问题：我看了前人得帖子，还是不明白为什么用转折得关系，我选了B，我觉得“因为人们能有很多得音乐选择，（所以都找得到自己喜欢得音乐），所以每条滑道都有音乐。”虽然牵强一点，说得通呀。要是D：尽管可以选择，但是每条滑道都有音乐。我觉得还不如因果关系说得通呢。请大家解惑，谢谢！

原文的意思是虽然可以选择什么、什么音乐的滑道，但是没有没有音乐的滑道。
