答案为E 但我很想知道C为何不对？ 政府计划征收高关税=》产品内销=》增加国内城区加工就业人数 降低关税=》产品外销=》农民获利 政府计划未来5年降低城区失业率 C农村农民人数大于城区加工业人数，如果征收高关税，农民将会大量失业(该死，政府只管城区，不管农村啊！) E如果征收高关税，将会有不断增加的农村人口涌入城市，提高失业率 （weaken arguement） 这道题感觉C比较容易诱惑，但是刚才写出了CR链后，发现政府是只管城区，不管农村啊作者: 20110102 时间: 2011-1-22 20:01
