that就近修饰natural source错
but前后也不平行

The problem is how to achieve flow......., a flow.
perfectly explained the flow.
A is wrong because "but so" is not correct.

我从语义上快速直接排除了AB
因为vexing problem is achieving a constant...意思是不对的
不能说最烦人的问题是获得(了)一个稳定的...
加一个not意思才稍微顺点——最烦人的问题是不能获得一个稳定的...
当然how to是最好的——最烦人的问题是如何获得一个稳定的...
不知道我的理解对不对
