正确答案--C 我选择了B
这道题非常的让我困惑，，，首先OG说A项中的there is one让it没有指代，这怎么说阿？还有题目中detect后面加a condition when或者when a condition有什么影响呢？还说C项比较平行，但我确实看不出来阿，，，，，困惑，非常之困惑，，，，这道题该怎么判断啊？

detect 后面应该叫宾语的，when不能引导宾语从句，所以要有个宾语，排除BD

这题很复杂的说考点很多～
a condition when it is present and indicate that there is one when it is not
1 detect 是及物动词后面必须有宾语的
2 it 指代 condition
3 and 与 detect 并列
4 that 在标准书面语中比喻从句的that 不能省略
5 做题时注意未划线的部分 when it is not 省略了表语形容词，因为要前面的名词的话就要用that 或one什么的指代了所以必须是present
由第五点就看出来是C啦

赞！不过我认为and indicate 与 fail to detect 并列:
test will fail to detect a condition when it is present
and indicate that it is present when it is not
