D必然不对。定冠词the 说明这个和前者是同一个东西。即：出产于法国的电力的33%来源于德国的核电站。

确实，D答案的歧义就在于一个The而且后面没有紧跟produced in German

楼上钻牛角尖了，请从语法角度考虑。The是特指，前文一般出现过。
