parole violations是假释期间犯罪的意思，D是说在罪犯假释了被放出来回社会了，但在此期间被监管的更严，所以罪犯们心里害怕被逮 导致更少人在此期间在社会上进行犯罪，这都是监狱外头的情况事实，跟监狱里头人多少无关啦。 可能D意思上不是很熟悉，所以lz会造成这样的误解。
