旅游业变差可能有其他原因，如服务态度不好，park里面树变少，季节变化等。 挖煤，需要开发成本，不一定会有利润。 即使有 不一定大于旅游业带来的利润。 长远看，煤矿挖光了，以后park又无法恢复了，当地就没有利润了，所有人都失业了。
