因为D选项里 IT 指代不清楚，可以是说 madagascar 也可以说 human settlement. 并且 MAKING 表示结果。。不是M underwent human settlement 就让它成为 理想的 SITE 了，而是 因为它是 ONE OF THE LAST。但是 D 选项没有强调这点。
