If you have lots of time to prepare, try to read magazines such as "Scientific American". The articles there are all geared toward general public, i.e. you don't need any advanced knowledge to understand the passages. I lpersonally ike SA because you can build good sci/tech vocabulary without any prior training.
If you're pressed on time, I'd say use GRE No. tests.

生命科学类文章一般都长名词很多,可以用首字母代替法,记个概念就是

说的简单可还是挺难的
