标题: OG10 30求解
30. The price the government pays for standard weapons purchased from military contractors is determinded by a priceing method called "historical costing". Historical costing allows contractors to protect their profits by adding a percentage increase, based on the current rate of inflation, to the previous year's contractural price.

Which of the following statements, if true, is the best basis for a criticism of historical costing as an economically sound pricing method for military contracts?

A. The government might continue to pay for past inefficient use of funds
C. Thecontractual price will be greatly affected by the cost of materials used for the products.

我明白为什么选A

但是C有什么问题。我看到提干的第一反应是,如果成本不同,那么定价就需要不一样。。。

This question centers around a pricing method called "historical costing." C introduce the consideration of material cost, which is irrelevant to the argument. Therefore, C is out of scope.
