这道题为什么when,if后面可以省略主谓，很明显，新东方不是说
状语从句中 although, if, when后面发生省略(S +be)的条件：
l从句是(S +be)结构
l从句主语S’ =主句主语S
主句==S+BE 这个谓语部分明显 lead嘛！所以我就不明白为什么E对！！？？

lead是主句的动词啊，从句是if (they are) not accompanied by .....
