个人感觉区分is bring 和 bring的差异很难判断答案。但是1）从things，anything, nothing等不定代词的形容词修饰置后这个语法点倒是很好排除E.2）如果一定要考究is bring 和 bring在本题中的区别，我觉得应该是从定语从句的跨越修饰这个点。因为that前有两个复数名词，用that bring会引起歧义。
