a and meat rarely： 副词修饰名词，不通 b and meat was rare ，meat 和前面的diet并列，根据逻辑意思，应该用but, 而不是and c with meat as rare , as 后面可以跟名词，短语结构或者从句，没见过直接跟ADJ d meat a rarity 错误的结构 e with meat as a rarity 个人觉得这个是做meat cake的同位语，因为前面说到希腊人是素食主义者，而这里说到meat cake，就补充说明下，其实meat很少
