This is a math problem. There are 2n vacancies and only n candidates. You have to fill all the vacancies without increase the number of candidates. What can you do? Reduce the vacancy number from 2n to lower than n then you will have enough candidates for all the open spots!

连续查了两道题好像都跟math problem有关呐~我一开始也选错了A，后来发现“The number of employees other than current department heads who could take on the position of department head is equal toonly about half of the expected vacancies.”其实就把A给排除了。像sdcarNN说的，因为剩下的人里面符合要求的只有n，而空缺职位是2n，所以A这个方法是不可行的~

This is a math problem. There are 2n vacancies and only n candidates. You have to fill all the vacancies without increase the number of candidates. What can you do? Reduce the vacancy number from 2n to lower than n then you will have enough candidates for all the open spots!
