个人背景 两年IB experience ( client service representative for institutional clients)， G 740, T: waived International experience: 大学时去过加拿大交流，刚入职时去过伦敦business training for 2 months

这周二和周四分别还电话面试了kellogg，skype面试了tuck，在这里分享一下。
Kellogg电话面试
一开始waive了，后来又发邮件说要电话，约了夜里4点面，我那一夜几乎就没睡。
很多问题, 大致都和其他学校差不多，但是有一个问题我没有答好：Leadership: what are the three attributes your team would use to describe you? And in what areas your team members would like you to improve
Tuck Skype面试
等了很久都没有通知，本来都死心了，29号是突然接到interview invite，然后12月1日就面试了，和second year student
这两个问题我觉得比较特别：1. what are you most proud of from your work experience? 2. Failures
