怎么分析呢？？

首先while表同时，不能和then在一起，因为then表先后。
然后D乱改的，平行后面doing与前句过去时不对应错
C E考fall behind in +doing/n 没有its doing,所以最后选E

while在这里应该是转折，与then不重复
