个人观点
这道题的答案偶没有疑问，偶只是想弄明白到底so/such 开头倒装时到底是have/has been一起倒还是应该have/has和been愤慨，og本身在这题里好像给了两个做法：一边批评不应该分开，另一边正确答案又是分开的，如何解释？

og没有把D看成倒装，所以才说不应该把has和been分开；has been倒装时提前has即可。
此题的末尾areas in which to build , 是否是areas in which investors are to build的省略，如是，build 是及物动词后是否还少宾语？如不是完整句子应怎样写？谁是to build 之动作发出者？

又看了一遍，对于这题的倒装还是有些问题，是不是按楼上的，so....that 用部分倒装，只要提前has 即可，而such ...that 要用完全倒装，所以has been 不可以分开
或者是按照其他人的说法，such has the abundance of capital been for ...根本不是倒装句，所以has been 不可以分开？

一年多前发的贴同样的疑问还在。
1，built 是及物动词，后面的宾语到底是什么，还是更本就不需要宾语？ 看到以前有牛牛说：scour the country for aresa in which to build=scour the country to build xx in area. 可是还是不明白宾语到底是什么呢？
2， 关于such 的倒装形式到底是全倒装还是部分倒装呢？
请哪个牛牛好心解答一下吧！
