A显然是无关的。即使有其他动物也是有hump 的，那个画依然是不准确的，因为其他动物有bump，giant deer可能没有，马和骆驼都生活在现代，你无法说因为马是没有bump的，所以你画出来的骆驼没有bump也是准确的。无论如何它没有画出真正giant deer的长相。
现在要说明画并非不准确，你必须要解释那个化石的证据，C项说明化石没有准确地表现出giant deer的形象，所以化石无法证明壁画的画的不准确。

可不可以这么理解，A选项中没有体现出argument中的关于化石对画的推导，所以A选项不对。
