(A) Originally developed for detecting air pollutants, a technique called proton-induced x-ray emission, which can quickly analyze the chemical elements in almost any substance without destroying it, (B) Originally developed for detecting air pollutants, having the ability to analyze the chemical elements in almost any substance without destroying it, a technique called proton induced x-ray emission (C) A technique originally developed for detecting air pollutants, called proton-induced x-ray emission, which can quickly analyze the chemical elements in almost any substance without destroying it, (D) A technique originally developed for detecting air pollutants, called proton-induced x-ray emission, which has the ability to analyze the chemical elements in almost any substance quickly and without destroying it,(A) (E) A technique that was originally developed for detecting air pollutants and has the ability to analyze the chemical elements in almost any substance quickly and without destroying the substance, called proton-induced x-ray emission, 这题A和C 有区别呢?“Originally developed for detecting air pollutants”和“A technique originally developed for detecting air pollutants”有什么差别呢?
2,His studies of ice-polished rocks in his Alpine homeland, far outside the range of present-day glaciers, led Louis Agassiz in 1837 to propose the concept of an age in which great ice sheets had existed in now currently temperate areas. (A) in which great ice sheets had existed in now currently temperate areas (B) in which great ice sheets existed in what are now temperate areas (C) when great ice sheets existed where there were areas now temperate (D) when great ice sheets had existed in current temperate areas(B) (E) when great ice sheets existed in areas now that are temperate 这题为什么用过去时,而不用A的过去完成时?这个冰河时期的形成不是应该发生在"led Louis Agassiz in 1837 to propose "前面吗?

B错误是名词Originally developed for detecting air pollutants的悬挂,错! E同B,A technique悬挂。
第二题,A错误是重复,now currently。 C,where there were 很罗嗦,而且表示不正确。 E罗嗦, areas now that are temperate应直接用形容词修饰。
A,Originally developed for detecting air pollutants
