谓语是increase。rent and utilities in particular是插入语，“特别是租金和公共事业费用”的意思作者: efsefs 时间: 2010-11-19 08:10

saw是see的过去式，做谓语，sb see sb/sth do (sth), increase及物/非及物动词，可以不跟宾语 Veltria的服装经销商看见XXXX尤其涨了
