而且不是谓语都是be的时候，从句要省略be动词吗？

this is irritating. i would also choose c if i were in the test. i guess the explanation would be that "but" is a bit ambiguous.

be not but be是平行的，而且就是应该这样写的

我的问题是，如果说but有歧义，可能会做介词的错觉。
为神马不出be动词，说明but是连词了，歧义就消除了？

还有有可能成为they do 。。。, but are 。。。的平行对称句

毕竟do动词可以和be动词并列，求nn解答
